    Our Team Concept

    Most Real Estate Agents are independent contractors that work for themselves.  At Shannon Rollings Real Estate, we work together as a Specialized Team for our Clients!

    When Agents try to be all things to all people, it is impossible to provide excellent service.  We hire and train Specialists to help Clients with each step of the process – Listing Agents, Buyer’s Agents, Marketing Professionals, Transaction Managers and Customer Service Specialists.

    Buyer’s Agents – Agents are the key to our success.  Our Buyer’s Agents are dedicated to one task… helping our Clients find the perfect home.

    Skills Needed – You must love to work with People and have a passion for residential Real Estate.  Although Real Estate experience is not required, a sales background is preferred.  We also consider applicants outside of sales where you have had extensive interaction with the Public (for example, school teachers.)  Our in-depth training program is designed to assure the success of new hires and to allow them time to obtain state licensure.

    Pay Range – We offer a Base Salary plus commission and cover Agent related expenses.  Our Goal is for every Agent to exceed $80,000 in annual earnings with experienced Agents earning in excess of $100,000.

    Support Team – Staff that supports our Agents, Closing Team and Marketing Team.

    Skills Needed – Strong computer skills with the ability to learn quickly.  Organized and detail oriented.  The desire to work in a professional environment with the desire to grow with our Company.  Candidates with accounting or a Health Care business background have a history of success with our Support Team.  Some of our Support Team positions are great entry level positions.

    Pay Range – $11.00 per hour and up.  Our entry level positions offer the potential for rapid advancement after you establish a record of excellent performance with our Team.  If your ultimate goal is to be an Agent, you could not get better training.

    Graphic Design | Social Media Management – It seems like we always have a need for talent with Graphic Design Skills or Social Media Advertising Experience.

    Skills Needed – Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, hands on Photography Skills or an in-depth knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns make you a viable candidate for our Team.  An understanding of residential real estate and/or a history of homeownership helps you understand our goals.  Our team consists of full time employees and talented independent contractors.

    Pay Range – Based on your Work History and proven skill set.
