Shannon never set out to be a real estate agent. She fell in love with homes, especially houses with character. She would buy an old house, fix it up, and resell it. Pretty soon, people started asking if they could borrow her eye to find their own hidden gems. So in the late 1990s, she got her real estate license and did just that.
It wasn’t long before Shannon realized that real estate agents were doing too much. There was the marketing, the closings, the home shopping and staging, and having to answer the phones morning, nights, and weekends on top of it all. This broken system was creating overworked agents and under impressed clients. There had to be a better way.
So Shannon formed a powerhouse of professionals to focus on the details, allowing agents to take care of the clients. Now, with experts in place to manage every step of the process — including inspections, closings, marketing, and more –buyers and sellers are never left wondering what happens next. It’s the smoother road to sold. And while it’s not typical in our industry, if you ask our clients, it’s the only way to do things.
