We also provide a constant lead flow and cover all Agent Related Expenses to help provide stability in your business and your earnings. We work together as a team here at Shannon Rollings Real Estate, and will help cover for your clients so you can protect the importance of having time off (and do NOT charge you a portion of the commission to do it).

By being the front line of customer support, you will provide information and answer client questions, that builds a familiarity to our clients, current market, and day-to-day tasks of a real estate professional. Skills Needed

You must love to work with People and have a passion for residential Real Estate. Although Real Estate experience is not required, a sales background is preferred. We also consider applicants outside of sales where you have had extensive interaction with the Public (for example, school teachers.) Our in-depth training program is designed to assure the success of new hires and to allow them time to obtain state licensure.

Pay Range

We offer a Base Salary plus commission and cover Agent related expenses. Our Goal is for every Agent to exceed $80,000 in annual earnings with experienced Agents earning in excess of $100,000.

Our team is unique in that we have a full team dedicated to helping our clients experience a smoother road to closed! This team consists of both licensed agents and unlicensed assistants that work in the office Mon-Fri 9-5.

Skills Needed

Must have a love for people, processes and problem solving. At this stage in the transaction a positive and creative mind is what is needed to take a contract to closing. You could assist in contract data entry, negotiating repairs, coordinating completion of repairs and maintaining regular updates to clients, agents and other partners in each transaction.

Pay Range

Pay range varies based on whether or not you are licensed to include bonuses for licensed closers.

Having daily interaction with clients to help support Agents, Closing Team, and Marketing Team; Support Team is a great stepping stone to becoming a licensed agent in the future!

Skills Needed

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn quickly. Organized and detail oriented. The desire to work in a professional environment with the desire to grow with our Company. Candidates with accounting or Health Care business background have a history of success with our Support Team.

Pay Range

$11.00 per hour and up. Our entry level positions offer the potential for rapid advancement after you establish a record of excellent performance with our Team. If your ultimate goal is to be an Agent, you could not get better training.

It seems like we always have a need for talent with Graphic Design Skills or Social Media Advertising Experience. Our clients have beautiful homes, and we want to share them in the best light!

Skills Needed

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, hands on Photography Skills or an in-depth knowledge of Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns make you a viable candidate for our Team. An understanding of residential real estate and/or a history of homeownership helps you understand our goals. Our team consists of full time employees and talented independent contractors.

Pay Range

Based on your work history and proven skill set.
