We are excited to talk to you about another one of the very popular neighborhoods here in Augusta. Hammond Hills is centrally located in North Augusta and was developed in the 1950s and 1960s.
Hammond Hills consists mostly of all-brick homes that feature pre-installed hardwood floors. Prices in this area range from $100,000 for homes that need updates to $350,000 for homes that are move-in ready.
There are two neighborhoods in the immediate area that people also refer to as Hammond Hills, although they are technically not a part of the district. If you like the general area of Hammond Hills, you may want to include these areas of Fairview Gardens and Wise and Day in your search so you don’t miss out on the perfect home. If you like the area but prefer a townhome, check out Hammond Hills Villas. It’s a great place to live.

The Hammond Hills neighborhood amenities include the award-winning Hammond Hills Elementary School. A quick note that if you are interested in participating in that school, you need to verify that the home you are looking at is indeed located in the district, and not in another area like Fairview Gardens.
Other amenities include the 149-acre Riverview Park that includes tennis courts, soccer fields, frisbee golf, and other green space as well right along the Savannah River. The activity center has basketball and racquetball courts as well.
If you have any questions or are looking to buy or sell in this neighborhood, give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you.
