We have been in a red-hot seller’s market for a while now, but we’re beginning to see signs of a change.
What does this mean for buyers? As we shift from a seller’s market to a buyer’s market, you may have an opportunity to look at homes that don’t have a line of buyers and agents out the door. You may not even be in a multiple-offer situation.
“Take advantage of the market while you still can.”
For sellers, this means that prices may be leveling off and your window to sell for top dollar is closing. Take advantage of the market while you can. At the start of the pandemic, interest rates were so low that everybody was trying to secure a home. Some buyers have decided that they don’t want to be in those high-density areas, and that has allowed others to take a step back and secure a home with more ease.
Whether you’re thinking about buying or selling, this is a great market. Even though prices are still rising, interest rates remain low for the time being. If you have any questions about the market or anything else related to real estate, don’t hesitate to reach out via phone or email. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
