Today I want to talk about real estate teams and specialization. Here at Shannon Rollings Real Estate, we have worked under a team model for almost 15 years. While teams have become popular in the last several years nationwide, only in 2019 have we been seeing some team models in our marketplace. I believe a team model—a true, specialized team model, as opposed to a couple of agents working together—can provide a much better outcome for a client for two reasons: specialization and focused customer service.
Here, we have established a role for every function. We have dedicated photographers and graphic designers that do nothing but work full-time to create the best marketing materials for our sellers. They are experts at drone footage, HDR photography, 3D videos, photoshop, and all those tools that create the amazing marketing materials my team consistently produces.
We also have a dedicated team of full-time buyer’s agents focused solely on finding the best home for a buyer. They aren’t distracted like most independent agents are with creating fliers, placing signs, and showing listings. Once a house goes under contract, our buyer’s agents are not involved in negotiating repairs, working with appraisers, or scheduling walk-throughs. We have a closing team that handles the closing process, and they’re experts at that process.
Our goal at Shannon Rollings Real Estate is to ensure our clients are working with an expert every step of the way to have the best possible outcome.
If you’re considering buying or selling, give us a call, send us an email, or shoot us a text. We’re on standby seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. We would be happy to help you.
