According to trees.com, the value of your home could be impacted by 30% due to how your landscaping looks. So, take a look at it! I always say, go out to the curb, look back at your house. We, oftentimes, go home and go right into the home and don’t even pay attention to the front yard. But it’s important to take a look at it.
And springtime is a perfect time to be adding all of those beautiful blooms. And did you know the color you select of the blooms could impact how a buyer feels? Well, if you’re selecting the yellows, reds, oranges, or the bright pinks, that invokes ENERGY. If you’re selecting the blues and purples, it’s more of a RELAXATION feel. If you go with the creams and whites, that gives a sense of CLEANLINESS and TIMELESSNESS.
