Meet My Teams

Occasionally when I go meet with a client, they ask me “What makes you different than any other agent out there?”

What makes me different is a good question. Did you know there are over 2,200 agents throughout the CSRA? And most only sell maybe 3 houses a year, so their level of experience is very limited. Not only does my level of experience and the number of homes I’ve sold make me different, but really the biggest difference is the team approach I developed. A very specialized team approach.

I’ll start with our listing team.  Our Listing Team helps you sell without settling. This team creates the listing, coordinates when our photographer will come out, communicates with you about showings, and more importantly, follows up with every agent that shows at least 3 times to get showing feedback. This feedback is important to us and the seller, because it lets us know if there’s something that needs to be modified or changed.

We also have an in-house Marketing Team. This team creates all of the marketing materials and advertising that you see. This includes the photographs of the home, the 3D video, magazines, flyers, special feature cards, all social media posts, and much more. We even create our own Newspaper ads. We do everything ourselves and do not outsource anything because we want to control the quality of what is done for your home. 

Our ISA Team, or Inside Sales Associates, work 7 days a week to nurture and educate buyers of the home buying process. Their sole focus is to assist buyers with defining their search and keep buyers up to date with our market. When the right home comes to market, this team acts as an ambassador between buyers and our team of agents to ensure prompt scheduling of viewings.

Next, we have Our Buyers Agent Team. This team consists of 15 buyers agents. This is important for you as a seller because it means we have someone on standby 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm ready to show your home to potential buyers. They also help with open houses and are equipped to answer any questions that potential buyers may have about your home. The Buyers Agents also help cover phones Monday through Sunday, and will likely call you to set up showings for your home. 

We also have a Closing Team. Once you sign off on a contract, our closing director will step in and be your primary contact from the time you go under contract until closing. They make sure that all paperwork is in order from inspections to appraisals, and communicate these next steps with you. Our Closing Team will guide you every step of the way to get you to closing day on the smoothest road possible. With over 700 closings a year, they truly are experts in this phase of the selling process. 

Last, we also have an Insurance Division and a Mortgage Division. These are beneficial to you as a seller because they work the same hours and are ready to get pre-approval letters out for potential buyers wanting to put an offer in on your home. 

We have a network of vendors that we also use to help get your home prepared to sell, or help with getting prices on repairs needed once a contract is placed on your home.
