I sell many homes every year; last year I listed and sold 338 housesthat’s a lot of contracts. This year, we’re seeing multiple offers on every property, sometimes as many as 10 on one home. Hi Shannon, I enjoyed watching your you tube video. I am trying to buy a home in Georgia, I live in Maryland. So far, I have submitted 5 offers and none have been accepted. Can you recommend someone to work with me in securing a home?
