I sell many homes every year; last year I listed and sold 338 houses—that’s a lot of contracts. This year, we’re seeing multiple offers on every property, sometimes as many as 10 on one home. That’s quite a few contracts to evaluate. So today I’m sharing what sellers are looking at in those offers to help buyers make their best possible offers.
