Last week, I talked about specialization in real estate teams and how each person on our team is an expert within their role in our company. Here are a few examples of how a specialized team can provide the best possible customer service to a client.

Imagine that you’re an independent agent who has a motivated buyer coming into town. They have to find a house today, and plan on looking at 30 houses, but you also have a listing. When you’re focused on showing 30 houses to a buyer, you’re not going to be able to give attention to the agents who are calling about your listing. You’re letting one side of your business down. That doesn’t happen on our team.

Now imagine that you’re an independent agent who’s going on a listing appointment with a buyer at 4:45 p.m., and the bank calls you at 4:50 p.m. because they need another document to close on another one of your listings. If you don’t get the call until after your listing appointment, that buyer who’s all ready to move tomorrow will have their closing delayed because the bank is closed. This also never happens on our team.

We have specialists for every step of the transaction and are always on standby to answer questions about showings, offers, and more. If you have any questions for us about what our team can do for you or about anything else related to real estate, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
