I am excited to be back once again in the Rapids neighborhood in North Augusta. I wanted to tell you a little bit about the area and the exciting advantages of buying a home here. The neighborhood is located just two miles from I-20, making it an easy drive to most everywhere in the CSRA. You are normally going the opposite way of traffic too, making the drive easier.
Home prices range from $300,000 to $600,000 for your own custom-built home. There are basement home lots, as well as one-level ranch lots available. There are plenty of neighborhood amenities, including a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, and Greeneway access for biking and jogging.
