Going to open houses a great opportunity to get an idea of what’s on the market, what your money can buy, and how the market is doing. If you’re a seller, they’re also a great way to see what you might be competing against, and who knows? You might go to an open house you never thought you’d love and find that you’ve fallen in love with it.
I recommend that you even visit open houses in neighborhoods that you never thought you’d be in. If nothing else, you’re educating yourself about the marketplace.

My team and I host nine open houses every weekend. Here’s what we have coming up:
