Today I want to have my web team share with you a few key features of my website. We’ll share with you a few key search features that will help you find the perfect Augusta home.
From our home search page, you have the ability to search for homes using a variety of filters. You can search by address, neighborhood, zip code, school district, and more.
To search by neighborhood, simply type the name of the neighborhood in the search bar and select the correct option in the drop-down menu. From the results page, you can sort by even more criteria or keywords, such as homes with a pool.
Let’s say you’re looking specifically for a home in Aiken. Once you type that in the search bar and are taken to the results page, you can further specify your search. You can search for unique types of homes, like ones that can accommodate horses. You can add that as a keyword under the “more” tab.
Searching by school is easy too. If you’re looking in a specific zone, you can type the name of the school, and easily add more search criteria from the results page.
To favorite a property, all you have to do is click the little heart next to the home’s picture. You can even request showings on homes from our site, and it will take you to a page that will help you contact an agent to help you out and set up a showing.
You can save a search by simply select saving it from the results page. You can even name your search and pick how often you get updated on new listings.
