I’m here today at Lakes & Streams, giving you an update on the lakefront lots that are being cleared, so let’s go take a look!
This is the new section of Lakes and Streams, The Lakes, and I’m walking up to one of the lakes now so we can get a better look at how it’s looking now with this lot being cleared.
You can actually see the lakes now, with the lot being cleared. This is the first one that they’re working on to get cleared.
This is going to be a really, really nice view, and there are several of these lots available. If you’re unfamiliar with Lakes & Streams, this is a neighborhood just outside the city limits in North Augusta, so no city taxes. They keep green space, trees, lakes, and they have fountains. This is a gorgeous neighborhood, you need to come check it out!
Remember, you can go to lakesandstreams.com to check out the different lot sizes and select your lot. You can also see floor plans that are available to be built on your lot of choice.
