Today I want to talk with you about a new annual event we are thinking of hosting.
Spring is almost here and many people are thinking about cleaning out attics, garages, and decluttering their homes. To help with this, we are considering having a multi family garage sale at both our North Augusta and Aiken offices and blocking off the parking lots for the event. I know that almost every listing appointment I go on owners have something they need to get rid of and declutter so thought this might be a good way to help everyone out.
Have you ever thought of having a garage sale but don’t really want strangers at your house? Well this might be a good option for you and your family. We will advertise the sale date, have some tables available to reserve & organize the event free of charge. Whether you have only a couple things to sell or a lot, send me an email letting me know if you would have interest in reserving a small or large space or if you may be interested in attending to shop.
We will pick a Saturday this spring. If there is a date that is better for you, maybe mention that in your email as well.
