Today I wanted to share a quick look at one of my favorite neighborhoods. It’s located just outside of Evans on South Belair Road and has a Grovetown Address, but it feels like Evans to me.
The Magnolia Glen subdivision offers a great community for both families and individuals. The neighborhood is centrally located with easy access to I-20, Columbia Road, Fort Gordon, shopping, and restaurants.

The neighborhood park is a great place for children and families to gather and enjoy the pavilion for parties, playground, ice cream socials, neighborhood yard sales, and more.
