Recently a lot of people have been asking, “How’s the market doing?”
This is a difficult question to answer, because our market is impacted by national issues, local issues, the economy overall, and interest rates (which are still currently low).
So, because so many of you are always wondering about our current market conditions, we’ve added two exciting new features to our website.
First, we’ve added the Real-Time Market Report. This feature gives you information about the market within your local zip code and will help you determine important factors like whether you’re in a buyer’s or seller’s market.

Right now, you will notice that the total volume of sold homes has increased since 2016, while total inventory has dropped. This is true of Richmond, Columbia, and Aiken County. These factors have led to a moderate increase in prices overall.
The second enhancement we’ve added to our website is the Sold Property E-Alerts. This gives you information about sold properties in any neighborhood you’re interested in.
