Most people in North Augusta, Augusta and Aiken know that we work hard to meet the needs of both Home Buyers and Home Sellers.  We always hope that our website reflects how dedicated we are to helping our clients.

Fewer people realize that we also manage rental properties.  To be perfectly honest, it can be challenging to be a Landlord.  That is why we have developed and implemented comprehensive systems to help frustrated Landlords.  We have focused on three key objectives:  1 -  Finding Good Tenants.  2 – Accounting and Reporting.  3 – Dedicated Staff.

To find responsible Tenants, we not only advertise extensively on key internet and print sites, but we also make it easy for Tenants to apply.  We never charge an application fee even though we do a thorough review of each prospective Tenant’s credit and rental history.  Our information systems are state-of-the-art.  Tenant’s can always pay their rent on-line each month or they can set up a recurring payment to be processed each month.  At the Owner’s option, we pay Owner’s via an ACH transaction or standard check.  Management reports are prepared each month and are available via email, on-line or paper based.  Again, it is the Owner’s option.   Finally, we think that the real key to managment success is professional staff.  We always have a staff member “On-Call.”  Our Team also works hard to professionally manage each property.  Our staff has extensive experience dealing with maintenance and repair problems, tenant screening, collection and eviction issues, etc.
