Like most people with their home in Augusta or North Augusta, I am often asked if I take vacation during Masters Week. In fact, many people assume that since I am a Realtor that it is a great week to leave town. Nothing could be further from the truth.
Since I work with Buyers, it is a great time to help my clients find their new home. Given that it is also Spring Break, many people end up taking time off from work. This allows me to work closely with people that hope to buy a home at the end of the school year and get settled into their new home over the summer. With the Home Buyer Tax Credits requiring contracts to be executed by the end of April, I expect this year to be even busier than normal. As always, one of my goals is to always work to accommodate the schedule of my clients. So for the coming week, we expect to be working from early to late to help our clients find the home of their dreams.
