$8,000 First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit Expiration

The $8,000 Tax Credit is set to expire April 30, 2010.  More specifically, to be eligible for the tax credit,  a Buyer must execute a contract prior to April 30, and complete the purchase (or close on the property) no later than June 30, 2010.
