Whether Shannon Rollings is embarking on a home renovation project, vacationing with her husband or helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams, one thing always remains the same,  this motivated individual always starts with a plan.  That’s because Shannon understands a plan is the most critical component when it comes to maximizing her time, increasing her efficiency and achieving her goals.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Shannon continued her education and went on to receive her MBA.

Always one to prepare for the future, she had little difficulty applying the business knowledge she gained to her work as a financial analyst.  With Shannon’s dedication to mapping out her goals and more importantly, following through with the steps necessary to achieve them, she quickly rose through the ranks to become a Network Manager for Blue Cross, a position that required her to negotiate contracts with physicians and other providers.

It was during these pivotal years that Shannon began to see a need for off-site medical record management.  With an entrepreneurial spirit, she partnered with her husband to build a company offering this service from the ground up.  They went from 3 employees to 40 in just five years.  The key to their success was through planning that allowed them to foresee potential challenges, uncover solutions and keep customer service thriving.  After their business was sold to a national company, Shannon set her sights on her true passion.  She pursued a career in residential real estate with her in-depth knowledge of homes, extensive business knowledge and financial expertise.
